Rehabilitative ultrasound imaging is an evidence-based technique used to visualize muscles in real-time allowing a physical therapist to assess the cause of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Ultrasound imaging is a safe and reliable tool to assess musculoskeletal conditions and educate patients to train muscles which are difficult to activate and strengthen.
